Spencer has been racking up frequent flier miles for years while working with new Licensees, and he has come back with some amazing stories from his adventures.
One of the favorites that he has recounted was from his time with Elieen of LOYALimpact, who Spencer noted as extremely gracious and a joy to work with. “Her organizational skills are off the charts,” he said. “She was so into working with merchants and perfecting her pitch; we had a blast working together.”
One appointment in particular that stood out was their last, with a local sports store. When they arrived for their appointment, the owner was, unfortunately, not in, but they were able to speak with his wife on site, who immediately recognized Eileen and was happy to sit with them.
She loved the system and set an appointment for Spencer and Eileen to come back the following day and meet with her husband for the final “OK,” confident that he would love the system just as much as she did. It just so happened that the next day was National Doughnut Day, and Eileen decided that it would be a great idea to pick up some doughnuts for the morning appointment, so they popped into the local Dunkin’ Donuts.
While in line, they noticed a familiar face ahead of them: the owner of the sports shop they were about to meet, keeping with his strict morning caffeine routine.
They headed over to the shop, box of doughnuts in hand, and within five minutes had him set up and ready to start rewarding his loyal customers! Spencer was thrilled with the outcome of the trip, stating it couldn’t have gone more smoothly, which was great, as he had to catch his flight right after that meeting.
